To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original condition
• Returned with original packaging

Any item that is damaged, used, or not in its original packaging will not be accepted.

Customized or personalized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
