Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days from order confirmation.

Free shipping is available on all orders over AED 300.
Standard delivery charges apply to orders below this amount.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Returned with original packaging
  
  

Please note that customized or personalized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
